Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can guarantee that your items will be delivered in a cooler bag with ice packs, at a food-safe temperature. We recommend you refrigerate your items quickly after delivery, as we cannot guarantee food safety if your items are left out for an extended period of time. 

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested by emailing nichenourishment@gmail.com at least 10 days in advance of the selected delivery date. Due to supply ordering timelines, cancellations that are requested less than 10 days before the selected delivery date may not be possible to accommodate.
