Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Packed with 10 grams of protein per muffin, these subtly sweet muffins are great for breakfast or snacks at home or on the go! Eat them as is, or warm them up for a few seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven taste.

While most of my products are free from refined sugars, these muffins do contain small amounts of organic cane sugar due to the semi-sweet chocolate chips I use.

Includes six full-sized muffins.

Ingredients: almond flour, bananas, tapioca starch, coconut sugar, eggs, collagen peptides ( bovine), chocolate chips (cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter), coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract*, baking powder, baking soda, salt

*Pure vanilla extract is made from vanilla beans in alcohol; the alcohol may be derived from corn. Due to this, those with corn allergies should exercise caution and/or avoid this and other products containing vanilla extract.
